Here's a sneak peak of what Christos is all about
Christos tells the wonderful story of God’s love for us. The central figure in this story is Jesus Christ. This love story started in a wonderful place that was designed and constructed to be a place of peaceful and loving relationship between God and humanity. God, a relational being, sought to create a family type relation with humanity. He privileged humanity to have a father-children relation, not master and slaves.
However, we know that relations are mutual and only possible when both sides individually choice without any force to be involved in a relation. Therefore, God choices to be gave humanity the free will to be able to choose with full freedom to either be part of His family or not. But, this freedom has a price and it has multiple outcomes. Humans might choose to either path and God would not stop them or force them in their choices.
Unfortunately, choosing Him and obedience to Him was expected from us, yet against all what He did for as, we, just like our original father and mother disobedience and rejection to God has been our response. Anytime there is rejection in any relationship, it certainly results in separation. And that is exactly what has been happening between us and God ever since. This separation left God with sadness and disappointment and caused humanity to be hoplessness orphans without a family. Further, this rejection injured and insulted God, an insult that caused a penalty of permanent separation from God and requires a payment of honour and reconciliation.
